What you need to sell property in Fiji
- Proof of title: the certificate of title for freehold land, or the lease document for State or iTaukei leasehold.
- Consent to the sale where the land is leasehold. This usually comes from the Director of Lands for State leases, or from the iTaukei Land Trust Board for iTaukei leases.
- The details buyers ask for: a survey plan, the zoning, current rates and which services are connected.
- Clear, recent photos and an accurate description.
Not sure which title you hold? Send us what you have and we will tell you what is needed. Your solicitor handles the transfer documents and any tax clearances.
What we sell
Residential sections and development land, houses and villas, apartments, commercial sites, and tourism property such as resorts and hotels. We handle freehold and leasehold property across Fiji.
Selling from overseas
You do not need to be in Fiji to sell. We work with owners abroad by email and phone, and documents can usually be signed overseas with guidance from your solicitor.
